Walk and Talk Therapy

Some people might feel uncomfortable sitting in a room with a stranger and discussing their thoughts and feelings.  Walk and Talk Therapy offers an alternative to what many see as traditional counselling.

How Walk and Talk Therapy Works

We will meet in an agreed location. There are several spots in the Aylesbury Vale area that are perfect for a short stroll. You will set the pace and decide topics what will be explored. We will time our walk so that we return to where we started at the end of our session.

Studies have shown how gentle exercise can improve mood and overall mental and physical health. A change of scenery, fresh air and open spaces can be what you need to clear your mind and deal effectively with difficult issues and emotions.
